A Turtle’s History

Brian first performed with the Chorale in the “STAGESTRUCK!” concert in March 1983 at Caruth Auditorium, Southern Methodist University.

Brian played Drums for the Turtle Creek Jazz performance of “Satin Doll”, “Java Jive”, “Dream”, “Georgia On My Mind” and “Save the Bones for Henry Jones” in the November 1983 production of SING GLORIA. He also played Drums for the Turtle Creek Jazz performance of “It Don’t Mean A Thing”, “Red Top”, “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother”, “In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning” and “Small Fry” in the March 1984 production of A SONG IN THE NIGHT.

Brian played the part of a Winkie in the October 1993 production of THE WIZARD OF OZ.

Brian also served as Publicity Coordinator during the 3rd TCC Season.

He passed away on January 14, 1994.
