Jack was an Associate member of the Chorale from 1997 thru 2002.
Jack Clayton Kille Jr., 62, died on April 2 at his home in Dallas.
Kille was born in Blackwell, Okla., and grew up in Kansas. He lived in the Dallas area for the last 23 years. He was graduated from Eugene Field High School in Ottawa, Kan., and received a bachelor’s degree in business in 1966 from Kansas University.
Kille retired from the State of Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles in May 2004. He had worked previously as executive director of an anti-poverty program in Kansas.
He was a member of Cathedral of Hope in Dallas, and was an avid camper and water skier who was active for many years with Dallas Outdoors.
At the time of his death, Kille was survived by his mother, Gretchen E. Kille of Ottowa, Kansas; his brothers, Charlie Kille of Kansas City, Kansas, and Michael Kille of Wichita Falls; his sisters, Peggy of Ottowa, Kansas, and Patricia of Lebanon, Penn., and 13 nieces and nephews and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. April 23 at Cathedral of Hope. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Cathedral of Hope.
