Jody Ray Walden, 44, of Fort Worth passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010, after a brief illness. A memorial service for Jody was be held Saturday, July 17, 2010, at 2:00pm at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 5508 Black Oak Lane, Ft. Worth, TX 76114. In lieu of flowers, Jody requested donations be made to a memorial account at Chase Bank for the benefit of his children, Cristen Walden and Alyssa Walden.

Jody Ray Walden (1966 – 2010)
Jody Ray Walden, 44, of Fort Worth passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010, after a brief illness. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in River Oaks.
A celebration of life will immediately follow at Brian and Angie Walden’s home in Roanoke. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, a memorial account for the benefit of his children has been set up at Chase Bank for Cristen and Alyssa Walden. Jody was a multi-talented individual who adored his daughters and lived life to the fullest!
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnie and Doodle Walden, and brother, Jamie Walden. Survivors: Daughters, Cristen Walden of Fort Worth and Alyssa Walden of Aledo; and brothers, Brian Walden of Keller and Kevin Walden of Springtown.

Jody sang with the Chorale for many years in both the Tenor II and Baritone sections; he was also a member of the ensembles ENCORE, Vox Tortoise, and the Rifle Brigade.
He contributed to the Chorale as a member of various committees, including the Travel Committee, the 25th Anniversary Committee, and the Performance Committee.
