A Turtle’s Tribute:

He was an Irish tenor whose mother was born in Ireland. One of his greatest accomplishments was taking his mother on a return trip to her native country.

Joe passed away on March 17, 1989 in Houston, Texas. It somehow seems fitting that this sweet man departed this life on St. Patrick’s Day.
