A Turtle’s History
Tom began his career with the Turtle Creek Chorale in March 1994 with the concert “United We Sing.” His last performance was seven years later in “Opposites Attract” in June 2001.
During his time with the Chorale, he served as accompanist for the small group Acafellas in the 15th and 16th seasons. He served also as the bass section leader in the 15th, 16th and 17th seasons.
In December 1994, he played the organ in the concert “Blast from the Past & Best from the Future.” The next year in “The Millennium” in Oct. 1995 he sang with Acafellas. Later that same season, in December in “Holiday of the Future,” he sang with both Acafellas and a second small group, ENCORE! A year later, in October 1996, he sang a solo in the concert “On Our Own” he sang a solo in “Dance On Your Grave.”
